Jayu Festival: Using art to share human rights stories and lay the groundwork for positive social change.
One Australian woman’s horrific gang rape has led to a seven year battle for justice with the Kenyan legal system in a highly publicized court case. Since rape victims rarely report rapes in Kenya much is at stake for Charlotte Campbell Steven. Supported in her quest by a courageous high-ranking police officer and some senior legal officials, she seeks justice against all odds.
