Description

Like Totally 80s!: Break out your dusty spandex and join us for a week of unabashed nostalgia.

Join us for an evening of free pizza and classic arcade games! In this supremely entertaining documentary, two rival gamers go head to head for the World Record score in Donkey Kong. Record holder Billy Mitchell hit a score that was thought unbeatable for 20 years until the recently unemployed Steve Wiebe topped it in his garage. However, Mitchell disputes the validity of his taped proof and Wiebe sets off on a journey to beat the score in public once and for all. From there things take some weird twists and turns and King of Kong evolves into an unexpectedly rich portrait of two complex and very different individuals.

Play classic games on our big screen! Thomas Rivas will host a King of Kong Tournament of Champions, featuring classic video games (Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Galaga) played on screen before the film.

Each ticket comes with a slice of pizza!
