Description

A cinematically captivating journey that follows three parallel stories of characters in three of the most crowded and emblematic cities in the world: Mexico City, Los Angeles and Istanbul. Each day the characters wake to a long commute that takes them far from their homes and families to their places of employment. While spending almost half their lives in a car or on public transportation, locked in a seemingly endless odyssey, they cannot help but reflect on the quality of their lives and dream of a different future. All three feel that with each passing day, time becomes a reflection of a life wasted, and they are losing something essential and precious that they will never regain. Heather Haynes

Co-presented with aluCine Latin Film + Media Arts Festival.

Made In Mexico program presented in collaboration with the Mexican Film Institute (IMCINE).
