Description

Occasioned by our release of the new documentary The Great Buster, join us for this special screening of Buster Keaton’s silent comedy masterpiece. Featuring some of the Great Stone Face’s greatest stunts, spectacles and slapstick mastery, the film stands as one of the most entertaining comedies—and action films—of all time. Set during the American Civil War, Buster plays a railroad engineer named Johnny whose train is stolen with his fiancé Annabelle on board, leading to one of cinema’s most memorable hot pursuits with set pieces that still put modern blockbusters today to shame.
