But there are conditions: on earth Faust will be master, but in the world below their roles will be reversed. Setting the drama in a modern-day computer laboratory, renowned director Àlex Ollé (La Fura dels Baus) offers an inventive look at the never-ending largess of this universal myth, accompanied by a splendid score and lead performances by Piotr Beczala (Faust) and Marina Rebeka (Marguerite).
