Kiki Bosch is a professional free diver who plunges into the world's most freezing waters on a single breath and without a wetsuit, challenging herself to endure ever more frigid temperatures with each dive. Using the healing effects of cold water immersion to recover from a traumatic experience of sexual assault, Kiki continues to push her physical and psychological limits in an attempt to overcome her scars and break boundaries that most people can barely imagine. Witnessing Kiki's commitment to the sport and her ability to withstand intense fear and discomfort is just as remarkable as the breathtaking underwater sequences—from the iceberg fjords of Greenland to the frozen lakes of Finland. But when Kiki realizes her days of free diving under the ice are numbered, she transforms her pain into determination to help others heal through the power of the cold. Mariam Zaidi
