This 2000 cult horror tracks an innocent pizza waitress from Jersey as she walks into hell: the New York rental market. Amidst rats, shrieks and sirens she fights for her dream: to be adjacent to fame. But even a future songwriter to the stars needs cold hard cash; watch this newborn doe descend into the seedy underbelly of NYC’s most seductive and dangerous scene: sexy bar dancing. Can she escape the siren song of a living wage? The distraction of an orphan Australian? The menacing spectre of her man-child father? OR WILL SHE FIGHT THE MOONLIGHT?
