Description

Looming 25 storeys high, an apartment building in Brussels is known colloquially as the "Suicide Tower" after a rash of jumping deaths. With an elegant and subtle survey of her neighbours' reactions, filmmaker and resident Angie Obeid shows how a building can manifest its inhabitants' loneliness and fear of the other into something deadly.
