Following her anticipated performance at Koerner Hall, Grammy Award–winning composer and creative pioneer Laurie Anderson joins us in  person for a screening of her acclaimed 2015 documentary. Centered on the passing of Anderson's beloved dog Lolabelle, and dedicated to Anderson's late husband, Lou Reed, Heart of a Dog magically weaves together childhood memories, video diaries, and philosophical musings in a sweeping and heartfelt personal essay on the nature of love, loss, and the meaning of life.

Special guest Laurie Anderson will participate in a post-screening discussion led by Mervon Mehta, Executive Director of Performing Arts at The Royal Conservatory.
