Tour-de-force Pam Grier takes vigilante justice against inner-city drug dealers after her sister becomes their latest victim in this Blaxploitation classic. After her younger sister gets involved in drugs and is severely injured by contaminated heroin, a nurse (played by Grier), posing as a prostitute, sets out on a mission of vengeance and vigilante justice.
