Get ready to Defy Gravity with the most Popular movie musical of the past year! Jon M. Chu delivers a screen adaptation of the beloved Broadway musical, in which Elphaba, the infamous Wicked Witch of the West, and Glinda the Good Witch are imagined as begrudging roommates at Shiz University in the Land of Oz. Ridiculed for her green skin, Elphaba comes into her power as she and Glinda become unlikely friends. After an encounter with the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, the friendship reaches a crossroads. Bring the Elphie to your Glinda, come in costume or a themed outfit, and get ready to belt out "The Wizard and I," dance in the aisles to "Dancing Through Life," and nail the final riff of "Defying Gravity."
